Challenge
Kluvos is a growing startup helping e-commerce brands unlock hidden data insights and improve ad attribution. They had already built a powerful Shopify app that integrated with Klaviyo, and the backend product was working beautifully.
But their website wasn’t doing it justice.When Matt (founder of Kluvos) reached out, he shared a concern:
“We know the product works — but new users aren’t signing up. The website just isn’t converting.”
The site was too complex for first-time visitors. The message wasn’t clear, and users couldn’t easily understand what Kluvos did — or why they should start a free trial.
Their team’s goal was simple: 👉 Increase sign-ups by making the product’s value clear.

After collaborating with Matt on several earlier projects, we had already built a strong working relationship. So this time, we went all-in with a full website overhaul — built completely from scratch using custom HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP for performance and flexibility.
Our approach started with a deep audit of the site’s structure, content, and user journey. We identified pain points where users were getting confused or dropping off. From there, we redesigned the user experience to focus on various things.
We added a benefits-focused section to the design that compares the experience of running ad campaigns with and without Kluvos. This helped users immediately understand how much they were missing out on.
