Limo Website Redesign That Increased Conversion Rate & Shuttle Bookings

Challenge

The client’s existing limo service website was not built for growth or conversions. Despite running ads and expecting a surge in leads between December and April, the website lacked the foundational structure needed to support SEO and high-intent traffic.
Key challenges included:

  • No service-specific or route-specific pages, limiting organic and paid traffic potential
  • Poor website structure with no clear sitemap or conversion flow
  • Outdated UI/UX that did not reflect a premium limo brand
  • Content that was neither SEO-optimized nor aligned with user search intent
  • Slow page speed and unoptimized images affecting user experience and rankings
  • No proper analytics setup to track conversions and performance

The client’s primary goal was clear: increase rankings, improve conversion rate, and generate more qualified leads from both organic search and paid ads.

 

The solution

I started the project with multiple strategy sessions with the business owner to fully understand her vision, seasonal goals, and target audience. Based on these insights, I implemented a conversion-focused and SEO-driven redesign strategy.

Key actions taken:

Structural Sitemap Strategy:

Designed a new website structure with dedicated service pages and route-specific landing pages to capture high-intent local and route-based searches.

SEO-Friendly Content Creation:

Wrote all page content myself, focusing on:

  • Search intent optimization
  • Route-based keywords
  • Answer-style content to improve visibility in Google AI Overviews & featured snippets

UI/UX Design & Branding:

Created a modern, premium UI/UX design that aligns with the limo brand’s luxury positioning. Conducted feedback sessions with the client and refined the design until approval.


Figma to WordPress Conversion:

Converted the approved UI design into a fully responsive WordPress website using Elementor, ensuring clean layout, smooth interactions, and strong CTAs.

Technical Optimization:
On-page SEO optimization (titles, meta tags, headings, internal linking)
Speed optimization and image compression
Mobile responsiveness optimization

Analytics & Tracking Setup:

Integrated Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track performance, traffic sources, and conversion behavior.

Result

The redesigned website delivered strong measurable results and exceeded the client’s expectations.
